Fruits are fermented for 3-6 months. A bright dark color and a familiar coffee flavor is perfect for splashing into seltzer water for a quick tonic, or drizzling over salad greens.First time experimenting with a small batch of Costa Rican coffee beans that had a chocolate- cherry note that will compliment any Chicory/Artichoke or to deglaze a chicken.
