We were inspired by our chat with Rebecca Gao from Bon Appetit where, amongst other things, we discussed all things chilis. We quickly realized we were missing a blend that featured all of our favorite chili notes, so we made one! Each chili in this blend plays off one another adding tingly, fruity, earthy heat to elevate your meat, vegetable, and rice dishes.
