All our vinegars are made in house with a cider base and the freshest product around. Allowing the concoction to ferment for 3-6 months brings out the fruit notes of rhubarb, the tart of lemon and herbal of basil. This vinegar has a rich flavor with plenty of thick fruit pulp. Great for salads with lots of grains and nuts.
